Notice is hereby provided that the Milton Ulladulla District Tennis Association Inc. Annual General Meeting is being held on Tuesday the 9th of November 2021 at the Ulladulla Tennis Centre clubhouse commencing at 7:00 pm.
As part of normal proceedings all committee positions will be declared vacant and nominations called for and then election of new office bearers and committee will occur.
Nominations will be called for following positions: President, Vice-President, Secretary, Treasurer, Junior Co-Ordinator, Committee Member (8 off positions).
A vote on positions will only occur if the number of nominees exceed the number required for that position.
Click here for the nomination form for positions, all members wishing to nominate should fill in the required details and drop off the printed form into the money deposit safe at the Ulladulla Tennis Centre for the Secretary to present at the AGM.
